AKON

Do you know him? He is a Wolof Senegalese-American hip hop and R&B singer songwriter and record producer, AKON. He got Grammy Award nomination for the single "Smack That". He is well known for singing hooks and has over 155 guest appearances and 23 Billboard Hot 100 songs to his credit. He is also the first solo artist to accomplish the feat of holding both the number one and two spots simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 charts twice. And, this is his third album, FREEDOM. I really recommend this new album. Because I bought Japanese version with lyrics, I'll put one of those of this album:

★A Happy New Year★ from Cookie
Long time no see! It's first time this year to take her picture. so... her new year's greeting! She is really vigorous and a little noisy as always, but she's also innocent and that makes me happy. I appreciate her very much★

I will have exam of French on January 8th. However, I haven't studied at all.. because I was busy on my part time job and... shopping.......and tomorrow I have part time job again... I know these are just excuse but I wanna help.....!!! I must study the day after tomorrow.. means the day before the test.... if I didn't, I would be failed. I have to slip out of the mood of new year holidays.............

the New Year holidays

Did you enjoy new year holidays?! On the first day of the year, I ate ozoni (dictionary sais rice cakes boiled with vegetables) and Japanese traditional new year's foods and.... chocolate cake of Tops.... I don't know why... but my mother bought it on new year's eve. Anyway I like Tops's chocolate cake the best. On the second day, after eating, I went to Yokohama with my family for shopping and then China town for lunch. Of course there were so many people everywhere. I met my friends who was in a same member of Kendo club in junior high school at Yokohama vivre! I was amazed to see her hair colour...it's difficult to express in short words..! I used much money for clothes. Now my room is filled with new clothes again... so I have to clean again!!

Shopping★ 12/28

Recently, I often see clutch bags at many shops and I really like it. I went to shopping to Yokohama with my high school friends today, because I had my part time job only in the morning! It was long time since we met last that we talked about college life, part time job, our trip... etc.. for a long time. Of course we also enjoyed shopping. I found nice silver clutch bag there(upper one) and I bought it★ I may use it in summer a lot! The other one(under one) is clutch which I bought last year, and much smaller than upper one. After that we had a dinner at harvest which is Japanese buffet style restaurant. As it's always for us, we ate too much.... Anyway we enjoyed very much! I hope we meet again soon!

X'mas★ 12/25

Today, I had a X'mas party with my family. Therefore, we went to buy cakes in the morning! However, because it's 25th, almost all of them were sold out...... so we moved another shop and finally got them...!! Also I cooked paella with my mother for dinner. They were really delicious and we had a good time today★
